Sherri McPhetres, Broker

Sherri McPhetres

Sherri McPhetres is an eighth generation Vermonter and a native of the Randolph area. She was educated in the local schools and graduated from Randolph Union High School.

Sherri began working at the local newspaper while still in high school and became a typesetter for many years before accepting a job with a publishing/printing firm in Montpelier. She always had an interest in Real Estate and began her career in 2002 with Bysel Realty in Randolph. In 2008 Sherri branched out on her own and opened her own Real Estate firm, Vermont Heritage Real Estate ,Inc. She is a current member of the National Association of Realtors, VT Association of Realtors, Green Mountain Association of Realtors and has obtained her GRI. Her past memberships include: President & secretary of the Central Board of Realtors, Randolph Rotary, Chamber of Commerce, and White River Valley Ambulance Board Representative from Brookfield.

Sherri currently lives in Tunbridge with her husband Mike and their dog Sandy. When Sherri takes a break from Real Estate she spends quality time with her family and loves to quilt and keeps herself involved with the events of her community. 

She is a committed professional who thrives on knowing about her own town and surrounding communities to better serve the public. Sherri has great people skills, strong work ethics and tremendous knowledge of the Real Estate market to use in finding the right place for you. Rose Wright

Rose was born and raised in Lexington Massachusetts and moved to Vermont in 1978. Working in sales for Vermont Castings for 5 years and several waitressing jobs with her finest being at the August Lion which was a “Must” to visit if you were traveling through Randolph, just ask any of the locals. Her work interests took a turn in 2005 when she became interested in Real Estate and went to work for a local Real Estate agency for several years before joining Vermont Heritage Real Estate in 2013.

Rose currently lives in Brookfield with her husband Bob, their 2 boxer dogs and her 2 horses. Away from the office she loves spending time with her grandson, weekly dinner and card games with friends and golfing with her husband.

Rose brings much drive and determination to her job, whether it be by selling your home for you or finding you the home of your dreams to purchase.






Suzi Lamson

Suzi grew up in East Randolph and has long time family ties to the area. She worked many years managing the deli at the local general store which was once owned by her family for many years. Suzi joined the Vermont Heritage Real Estate team in November of 2013.

Suzi currently lives in Randolph Center with her husband Chris and 3 children. Away from the office Suzi stays busy with all the everyday interests of her children and good times spent with friends and family.

Yearly traveling out of the Country is a highlight for her and her family.

Suzi is said to be the glue that holds the office together!


Ed Luce

Ed is a hometown boy, being born and raised here in Randolph. He knows the area and has been a lifelong part of the community appreciating the fact that he knows his neighbors so well.

His past working experiences include working as a local contractor and plant manager for Green Mountain Wood Products. Ed currently works for the Town of Randolph as a Lister, appraising properties and setting tax rates, as well as holding his real estate license for the last 4 years.

Ed lives in Randolph with his wife Judy and their dog Kismet. In his spare time Ed is an avid golfer, enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family at his camp.

With Ed's ever-increasing client base and passion for helping others, he works well for both buyers and sellers making him great for helping you with all your real estate needs.


Jeanette Stearns

Jeanette was a busy stay at home mom raising 3 children before she ventured into the real estate business. She attended several conferences and motivational speakers where she learned marketing tools.

Jeanette and her husband Bruce currently live in Bethel and love spending time with their family and friends. They enjoy traveling quite often to Colorado to visit their oldest son and his family, they never realized just how beautiful the western part of our country was and are pleased they have experienced the beauty of the west.

With Jeanette's cheerful smile and eagerness to assist others she makes first time home buyers as well as returning customers feel at ease and reassured they are receiving the best possible guidance in their purchasing or selling transactions.





Millie Chase

Millie and her husband moved to Vermont in 1970 and found Vermont to be a wonderful place to raise their sons Tom and Tim.They have three wonderful grandchildren, Jenny, Jack and Jacob.

Millie enjoys gardening, reading, cooking, flower arranging and traveling, especially around our beautiful state. She enjoys working with her customers, getting to know them, finding out what kinds of properties they like. She is always willing to go the extra mile.

Millie has a very friendly, outgoing personality and is looking forward to working with you!





Ted Elzey

Ted began his Real Estate career in 1975. He has served as a president of the local board of REALTORS® and past president of NNEREN, MLS, and the Randolph Rotary Club.

Ted resides in Brookfield with his wife Ruth, where he loves spending time in his shop doing his woodworking ( a passion of his). Most of all Ted loves spending time with his family, he and Ruth have 2 grown children and 4 grandchildren whom they adore. Keep an eye out for him cruising the roads in his restored 1962 TR3 another enjoyable pastime of his. 



Steve Heller

After serving in the U.S. Navy for 4 years, Steve came back to his home town of Randolph and started his family and career in the residential construction field. He has owned his own construction business since 1991, over the past 29 years he has worked with numerous individuals with their housing needs through his business and personally.

Steve and his wife Leisha live in Randolph Center with their 3 dogs. They have 4 adult children and 7 grandchildren, whom they absolutely adore. He enjoys sugaring, growing large vegetable gardens, family gatherings and traveling.

Steve has always had an interest in Real Estate and  has helped many home owners with fulfilling their dreams of home improvements or the beginning of their new home through his construction business. He now also assists them in purchasing and selling properties as he is a Real Estate Agent. Steve has the experience and know how when it comes to well built homes and looks forward to helping you find the right home for you.




Joe Buzzi

Joe Buzzi is a native Vermonter, born and raised in Barre, where he attended grammer and high school. He graduated from the University of Vermont and later earned a teaching degree from Norwich.

He began working at Capital City Press in Berlin and worked there for 30 years as head of customer service for the scholarly journal and book printing company. After its closing he worked for Dartmouth Printing and then L. Brown & Sons Printing.

Joe has lived in Brookfield for the past 18 years with his wife Barbara, pursuing in his spare time carpentry and furniture restoration.

Joe looks forward to his career in real estate and working with people in the Vermont area.




Bailey Russell

Bailey grew up right here in Randolph Center on a dairy farm. She attended Vermont Technical College and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering in 2013. She married the Russell boy from next door and then moved to Connecticut for a few years where she worked in commercial building construction management.

Bailey and her husband, Calvin, moved back to their hometown in 2015 because they missed the small town living of beautiful rural Vermont.

When Bailey found out she was expecting a baby, she knew a career in commercial building construction management would be too time consuming. Therefore, she decided to pursue a career in Real Estate and she couldn’t be more excited to help people buy and sell real estate in Vermont. With her background in the building industry and architecture, Bailey offers a unique take on homes and their individual beauty.

Bailey and Calvin just had their first child in October of 2016 and are very excited about their growing family. Bailey enjoys spending time with her family, riding her horse, and being outdoors as much as she can. 




Tim Schroeder

Tim has worked at the Green Mountain Stock farm for over 20 years as the property manager, and has held his real estate license since 2009. Working for New England Land Company, C21- Millstone Agency and currently works for Vermont Heitage Real Estate.
Tim and his wife Patty have lived in central Vermont for over 20 years. They have a gentleman's farm on East Hill in Brookfield. Two llama's, two Alpacas, laying hens, cats and dog as well as meat chickens and a big bountiful garden.

Being an avid motorcyclist who loves long distance tours, Tim had the good fortune to ride out west, Eastern Canada, New Orleans and New Foundland to name a few trips. He is very active in the Randolph Community and currently is the secretary of the Sunrise Rotary club.
